When writing emails, it's important that the recipient clearly understands who you are, your job title, and your contact details. An email signature is mandatory for all internal and external emails. Avoid using images or animations in your signature. Outlook doesn’t support the Source Sans Pro typeface, so Calibri is used in email signatures as an exception.
